摘要
供需失衡是商品房价格增长的主要原因,研究供给与经济变量关系将有利于房价调控.利用计量经济学和EV iews运算软件,通过统计抽样获得数据.引入生产函数估计供给与劳动力、资本的关系模型,并通过经济、拟合优度、误差和显著性等方法验证模型的正确性.
Imbalance between supply and demand is the main reason for the housing price rise. Study on the supply and economic variables relations will be conducive to price control. Using econometric computing and soft- ware Eviews obtains the data through statistical sampling. The relationship model of supply and labor, capital is estimated by using the production function. The model is verified through the methods of economic, goodness - of - fit, and the error.
