摘要
数值模拟能以较少的费用和较短的时间获得大量有价值的研究结果。本文旨在通过建立联合循环汽轮机轴向排汽缸的排汽通道的全三维计算网格,采用CFD软件对轴向排汽缸内全三维流场进行数值模拟,通过计算深化对汽轮机轴向排汽特点的认识,分析排汽流道的流动特征、参数变化、损失特性,从而改进设计手段,积累设计资料,逐步形成设计规范,以提高国内的发电设备制造业在相关设备上的研发水平。
The advantage of numerical simulation is to obtain valuable results with low cost and short time. In this paper, 3D calculation grid of the combined cycle turbine axial exhaust hood is established and 3D flow field is simulated by using CFD software to deepen the knowledge of the turbine's axial exhaust, analyze the flow feature, parameter variation and loss-coefficient of the flow path, so that all these works can improve the design means, accumulate the technical information and set up design code which will advance the level of RInD of domestic power equipment.
