摘要
介绍了使用有限元方法进行600MW超临界汽轮机低压外缸的变形计算过程,并在对初步设计方案计算结果深入分析后,对内部支撑钢架进行多个优化设计方案的对比,最终获得内部钢架的最优设计方案,使低压外缸的变形大大降低,提高了机组运行的安全性。
The calculation of Finite ELement Method is presen LP outer casing deformation for 600MW supercritical steam turbine by the ted in this essay. Through further analysis to the calculation results of the initial design, the comparison to the more improved design in the inner support frame is made, and finally, the optimization of design for the inner support frame is obtained to decrease the deformation of the LP outer casing greatly and improve the safety in operation of units.
