摘要
建立了采煤机工作时滚筒具有的截割能量方程,分析了相关参数对滚筒截割力的影响,指出了降低滚筒转速是提高滚筒截割能力的有效途径,以及不同采高的采煤机滚筒转速的合理选择范围。
Establishes a cutting energy equation of shearer drum, analyzes the relevant parameters of influence cutting ability of the drum. Presents that the lower speed is the effective way to improve the drum roller cutting ability, and brings up the reasonable range of the coal drum cutting speed for the different cutting height.
