低分子肝素钙联合辛伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效分析被引量：1

摘要目的评价低分子肝素钙联合辛伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及安全性。方法将60例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为两组各30例,两组均给予内科常规治疗,治疗组应用低分子肝素钙联合辛伐他汀治疗,对照组给予普通肝素治疗。观察1 mo。依据两组患者治疗前后临床表现及心电图改变为标准判断临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率90.0%,所有病例均未出现皮肤粘膜出血等不良反应;对照组总有效率66.7%;16.67%出现皮肤粘膜出血不良反应。治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(χ2=4.812,P<0.05),皮肤粘膜出血不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(χ2=5.455,P<0.05)。结论在内科常规治疗的基础上应用低分子肝素钙联合辛伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛较单用普通肝素疗效更显著,可防止或减少冠心病患者心血管不良事件的发生。
