摘要四氢-1,3-噻嗪-2,6-二酮(1)在合成肽类化合物时应用广泛,例如在合成L-肌肽时,应用1可以简化反应步骤,减少副产物生成,提高收率等。1属硫代环羧酸酐类,具有环羧酸酐特性,可用于合成硫醇、硫代碳酸酯、烯烃、烷烃。 Tetrahydro-1,3-thiazin-2,6-dione was prepared from ethanol by successive reactions with aqueous sodium hydroxide solution / CS2, bromoethane and β-alanine with triethyl benzyl ammonium chloride as phase transfer catalyst to give N- （ethyloxythiocarbonyl） -β-alanine, which was subjected to cyclization with an overall yield of about 72 % （based on β-alanine）.
