摘要
人口压力能否转变为人力资本优势是关系到我国现代化建设快慢的关键因素。本文分析了教育存量与我国劳动力资源开发的关系,并提出增加我国总人口的教育存量,是提高资本存量的最佳路径。
To convert the population pressure into advantage of human resource is the key factor for the modernization of our country. The thesis analyzed the relation of the population educational deposit and the labor resources, pointing out that by raising the population educational deposit is the best path to enhance the human resource deposit.
