摘要
导师管理制度与研究生培养目标之间有密切的关系,它们应该是正相关的。但在现实中,由于导师管理制度存在着种种缺陷,致使它与研究生培养目标之间出现张力。要使二者趋于统一,必须对导师管理制度进行改革。
There should be a positive correlation between tutor management system and the training goal of postgraduates. However, becance of the defaults in tutor management system, a tension exists in its relation with the tranining goal of Postgraduates. A reform must be carried out to unify the above two.
