摘要
中心静脉穿刺置管是一项重要的临床操作,对麻醉手术和危重患者的管理有重要意义,中心静脉穿刺置管是临床实习生所必须掌握的一项技巧。然而,其技术要求高,且存在严重并发症的风险,出于对患者安全的考虑,难以使实习生有充分动手操作的机会。在超声定位下指导并予以实习生更多的操作机会,有助于提高穿刺置管成功率,减少并发症,在实习带教中发挥了重要作用。
Central venous catheterization is a key performance for patients in operation or intensive care, and it must be mastered for medical intern at the same time. Medical intern seldom have the chances to do central venous catheterization, for the performance is hard to learn and dangerous for patients in medical training. Under the direction of ultrasound localization, central venous catheterization becomes easy for medical intern to master and safe for patients. The method plays an important role in directing medical training for the intern , because it enhances the successful ratio and decreases the side effects during central venous catheterization.
