摘要
利用BCTMP制浆漂白废水中回收的废纤维污泥,经酸活化处理后用于BCTMP制浆高浓废水处理。实验结果表明将污水pH值调节到4.5,配合使用2.5g·L-1酸活化纤维污泥、8mL·L-1PAC(10%)及2.5mL·L-1PAM(1‰)时,处理高浓废水COD去除率最高,可达70%以上。
A recovery of fibers from BCTMP pulping and bleaching wastewater, after acid activation, is used for BCTMP pulp high-concentration wastewater treatment. Result shows that when the wastewater pH value of 4.5, and with the use of appropriate acid activated fiber sludge,SmL PAC (10%) and 2.SmL PAM (1‰) , COD removal rate of high concentration wastewater can reach to 70 percent.
