摘要
本文总结了新疆巴里坤县牧民定居的模式,定居的规模,定居的水平,定居的效果,定居的社会、经济与生态效益以及目前存在的突出矛盾。提出进一步完善牧民定居工程与效益的建议,为科学、合理的实施牧民定居工程,实现经济、生态与社会环境相协调,促进牧区民族经济的发展,提供科学依据。
This paper summarizes the mode of settlement, the scale of settlement. the level of settlement, the effect of settlement, the social of settlement, the economic and ecological benefits and the existing outstanding contradictions of the herdsmen in the Barkol Kazak Autonomous County. In the paper the project and benefits for further improving the herdsmen settlement efficiency has been proposed. And it can be a scientific basis as a scientific and rational pastoralist settlement project and promoting national economic development in pastoral areas in harmony.
