摘要
探究"84"消毒液对牛舍的现场消毒效果。方法:依据《兽药试验技术规范汇编》2001年版,使用"84"消毒液分别对牛圈畜舍的空气、地面和饮水进行消毒实验,通过菌落计数法计算杀菌率来评定现场消毒效果。结果:"84"消毒液对牛舍进行消毒后,空气中细菌数在消毒后20min、40min、60min时的杀菌率均达到90%以上;"84"消毒液对牛舍地面消毒60min后,三种使用浓度的消毒液的细菌杀菌率均在99.9%以上;在饮水消毒中使用5ppm、25ppm、50ppm浓度的"84"消毒液,能使每毫升饮水中的细菌数下降90%以上。结论:"84"消毒液对牛舍的空气、地面和饮水的消毒效果良好,杀菌率均在90%以上;对牛舍地面的消毒效果比对空气和饮水的消毒效果更好。
To study site disinfecting effect of ＂84＂ disinfectant in cowshed. Method： According to 〈Standard Compilation of Animal Drugs Experiment Technique〉 2001 edition ,carry out site disinfecting experiment in the light of air,ground and drink water in cowshed with ＂84＂ disinfectant separately, evaluate site disinfecting effect through calculating rate of eliminated bacterium by germ count. ＂84＂disinfectant is used in cowshed, the count of bacterium in air decreases over 90% in 20,40,60 minutes after disinfecting; ＂84＂ disinfectant is used in the ground of cowshed after 60 minutes, rates of eliminated bacterium by three sorts of consistency of ＂84＂ disinfectant are over 99%; ＂84＂ disinfectant with three sorts consistency of 5ppm,25ppm,50ppm are used in the drink water of cowshed, the count of bacterium in air decreases over 90%. Site disinfecting effect of ＂84＂ disinfectant in cowshed in the light of air,ground and drink water are always good, rates of eliminated bacterium are over 90%; its disinfecting effect in the ground of cowshed is better to the disinfecting effect in the light of air and drink water in cowshed.
