萨湖杂交后代母羊非繁殖季节同期发情配种效果分析 被引量:3

Analysis on the Effect of Estrus Synchronization and Artificial Insemination in Hybrid Progeny Ewes of Suffolk and Hu sheep in Anoestrus Season

摘要 本试验是在新品种培育基础上,为了缩短时代间隔,加快育种进程,利用萨福克肉羊和湖羊的杂交后代(F1、F2代),其中F2代为3/4萨福克血,进行了春季非繁殖季节的同期发情试验。其中非繁殖季节4月同期处理杂一代母羊107只,有发情表现105只,同期率97.23%,配种受胎率83.3%,第一情期受胎率(73/108),67.59%,秋季产羔89胎,产羔羊144只,产羔率161.64%,杂二代母羊第一情期受胎率(72/31),44.93%,秋季产羔29胎,产羔羊37只,产羔率127.59%。 On the basis of new varieties breeding and in order to shorten the generation interval and accelerate the breeding process, Hu sheep ewes were crossed with Suffolk rams to produce hybrid progeny ewes (F1 and F2 generations). There were 2/3 blood of Suffolk in F2 generations. The trials of estrus synchronization were applied on the hybrid progeny ewes in anoestrus season. There were 107 F1 and 72 F2 ewes treated in April, and 105 F1 and 69 F2 were finally in estrus. The synchronization rate were 97.23% and 95.83%, the pregnancy rates were 67.69% (73/108) and 44.93% (31/72) in first service respectively. 89 pregnant F1 ewes lambed 144, the rate of lambing was 161.64%, while 29 pregnant F2 ewes lambed 37, the rate of lambing was 127.59%.
