可持续发展战略是我们当代社会经济与社会发展的唯一选择。从总体上看,新疆的自然资源与环境具有资源丰富与环境脆弱两大根本特点。新疆作为全国的畜牧业大省,畜牧业的发展是新疆的主要产业。这种资源与环境上的根本特点决定了新疆实行循环经济发展模式对于贯彻经济可持续发展战略具有特别重要的意义。
Persistent development strategy is only one choice to develop our society and contemporary social economy. From total look, natural resources and enviroment in Xinjiang area have two main characteristics of abundance and fagility. Xinjiang is one big province of animal husbandry districts, the livestock farming is mian industry. The basic characteristics of natural resources and enviroment may decide to carry out the mode of cycling economy in our district, and may have special important significance to carry out persistent development strategy.
