摘要
对双耦合电感双Boost变换器电路进行了分析及优化设计。阐述了该变换器的工作原理,给出了工作模态分析,讨论了实现开关管零电流开通和整流二极管自然关断的条件,以及耦合系数k和匝比n对整个系统的影响,进而对k,n等重要参数进行了优化设计。制作了一台6kW的原理样机,实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性和优化设计的有效性。
A dual coupled winding double Boost converter is analyzed and the optimized design is implemented.Firstly the operating principle of this converter is expatiated, and the working mode is described.The condition of zero current switching and reverse recovery problem is discussed.A 6 kW prototype is built up,and the experimental results show the correctness and validity of theory analysis and optimal design.
