摘要
[目的]探讨基层口腔医务人员医院感染的危险因素及预防措施。[方法]对基层口腔医务人员医院感染危险因素分析研究,制定出切实可行的预防医院感染的措施。[结果]环境,器械等的污染,锐器损伤及医务人员自我防护不足是医院感染的危险因素。通过提高防护意识,严格消毒技术规范,可以减少口腔门诊的医院感染。[结论]提高防范意识,加强医院感染管理,规范操作规程,是杜绝基层医院感染发生的有效措施。
[ Objective] To explore risk factors and prevention measures for the hospital infection of the primary dental medical staff. [Methods] The risk factors of hospital infection of the primary dental medical staff had been analyzed, and the measures for preventing hospital infection had been carried out. [ Results] The key risk factors for hospital infection were contamination of working enviroment and instruments, injuries from sharp matters and insufficient awareness of self protection. To improve the consciousness of protection and strict the technological specification of sterilization could greatly reduce the hospital infection of oral clinic. [Conclusion] To improve the awareness of working safty, enhance management of the infection, and standardize operation process, are all of the effective measures to prevent the infection in regional hospitals.
