摘要
[目的]检测STATs信号转导通路重要成员在胃癌组织中的表达与活化,分析STATs成员与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。[方法]应用Western blot检测胃癌组织中STAT1,STAT3与STAT5的表达,免疫组织化学法检测STATs成员在细胞水平的分布。[结果]胃癌组织中STATs信号传导通路成员STAT3与STAT5表达水平明显高于正常胃黏膜(P﹤0.05);p-STAT3、p-STAT5表达水平分别与TNM分期晚(Ⅲ/Ⅳ)及远处转移有关(STAT3P=0.037,0.041;STAT5P=0.041,0.024)。[结论]STATs信号转导通路持续活化可能在胃癌发生中起重要作用,其详细作用机制还需要进一步研究。
[Objective] To investigate the expression and activation of STATs signal transduction member in tumorigenesis of gastric cancer, and analyze the relationship of STATs and the clinic pathological characteristics. [Methods] The expression of STAT1, STAT3 and STAT5 in tissue of gastic carcinoma was analyzed by Western blot, and the distribution of STATs members in cellular level could be detected byimmunohistochemieal method. [ Results] The expression of STAT3 and STAT5 protein level of STATs in gastric cancer were significantly increased when compared with adjacent normal mueosa (P 〈 0.05), the expression of p-STAT3 and p-STAT5 was related to TNM stage (Ⅲ/Ⅳ) and distant metastasis (STAT3 P=-0.037, 0.041 ; STAT5 P=0.041, 0.024). [Conclusion] Abnormal activation of STATs signaling may play an important role in development of gastric cancer, whose possible mechanism needs further investigation.
