碳纤维织物金属镀覆及其毫米波RCS特性 被引量:1

摘要 采用化学镀覆技术分别制备了镀镍、镀铜和镀银碳纤维织物,用于干扰毫米波雷达。对镀层的微观形貌、导电性能及毫米波雷达散射截面(RCS,radarcross section)性能进行了测试。结果表明,所制备的金属镀覆碳纤维织物镀覆均匀、光泽性好,有较强的导电性能。RCS值随着金属镀覆碳纤维织物导电性能的增强而增大,镀银碳纤维织物的RCS值与理论计算值较接近,是一种有效的毫米波干扰材料。 The Ni,Cu,and Ag coating were deposited on the surface of carbon fiber fabric by electroless plating process to interfere millimeter wave. The surface microcosmic appearance, resistances and the RCS values of metal deposited carbon fiber fabric were measured. The results show that metal deposited carbon fiber fabric have better uniformity,luster, adhesion and conducting ability. The RCS values increase with the increasing of conducting ability of metal deposited carbon fiber fabric and the RCS value of Ag deposited carbon fiber fabric is close to the academic value. The Ag deposited carbon fiber fabric would be an efficient material to interfere millimeter wave.
