La_(0.7)Ce_(0.3)(Fe_(1-x)Co_x)_(11.44)Si_(1.56)(x=0.04、0.06、0.08)合金的结构与磁热效应

摘要 通过X射线衍射仪研究了1300℃退火1h后的La0.7Ce0.3(Fe1-xCox)11.44Si1.56(x=0.04、0.06、0.08)合金的相结构。采用振动样品磁强计研究了合金的磁性能。结果表明,合金主相具有NaZn13型结构,含有少量-αFe和LaFeSi杂相;x=0.04、0.06和0.08时,合金的居里温度Tc分别为230.8、261、288.9K,在1.1T的外磁场变化下,等温磁熵变|ΔSM|分别为2.44、1.86和1.55J/(kg.K)。 The structures of Lao.TCe0.3(Fe1-xCox)11.44 Si1.56 alloys which were annealed at 1300℃ for an hour were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The magnetic properties of alloys were investigated by vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results showed that the major phase was of NaZn13-tye structure with a small amount of impurities composed of α-Fe and LaFeSi. The Curie temperatures Tc of alloys were 230.8,261,288.9K for x= 0. 04,0. 06,0.08, respectively. Under the change of 1.1T the maximum values of isothermal magnetic entropy were 2.44,1.86 and 1.55J/(kg·K) for x=0.04,0.06,0.08,respectively.
