摘要
在水醇体系中,以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板,通过氨催化正硅酸乙酯水解,快速合成了束状纳米二氧化硅.用透射电子显微镜观察了束状二氧化硅的形貌,讨论了反应时间和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵的浓度对其形貌的影响,确定了束状二氧化硅形成的最佳条件,并提出了束状结构的形成机理.
Bundle-like nanostructured SiO2 was quickly prepared by using cetyhrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as template and tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) as precursor in aqueous/ethanolic solution. The morphology of the sample was characterized by transmission electron microscopy ( TEM), and the influence of experiment parameters such as the content of the template and reaction time on the sample morphology was also discussed. In addition, the formation mechanism of bundle-like nanostructured SiO2 was proposed.
