摘要
在项目建设过程中，会碰到许多难以预料的风险，本文着重从建设项目常碰到的市场风险、财务风险、政治法律风险等方面的分析来阐述投资项目风险分析的重要性。
In the course of construction, there may exist many unexpected risks. This paper is focused on the marketing risks, financial risks, political and law risks that construction projects often involve and it illustrates through the analysis of those risks the importance of risk analysis in the investments on construction projects.
