摘要
膛内压力是火炮研究中必不可少的重要参数之一,对于铜柱测压法,测量铜柱的高度是非常重要的环节.测量结果的准确与否,决定着最终炮膛压力的精度.通过计算机图像处理技术实现铜柱高度的测量和压力计算.在与人工检测实验数据进行对比分析后,表明此方法增加了准确度,提高了测量精度.
The pressure in the bore of a cannon is one of the essential important parameters in the cannon research. When using the copper column for measuring the pressure, testing the height of the copper column is a very important step. The accuracy of the testing will determine the final accuracy of the pressure in the bore. Through the image processing by computer, the measurement of height of the copper column and the pressure calculation are realized. After compared with the experimental data by manual testing, it is evident that this method has higher accuracy.
