摘要
本文介绍电力系统潮流图软件在WindowsNT和Windows95环境下的开发背景，以及该软件的主体设计思想和面向对象程序设计技术的应用。另外，还介绍潮流图软件目前已实现的一些主要功能。
This paper presents the background of developing power flow diagram software based on Windows NT and Wingdows 95,the leading thinking of programming as well as the application of object-oriented programming technology.Some major functions of power flow diagram software are also described.
