摘要
核黄素(又称维生素B_2)的测定有荧光法、比色法。文献用差示脉冲极谱法研究了纯溶液中核黄素的测定,测定底液为磷酸介质(pH=7.2),其灵敏度比直流极谱法高10—100倍。本文采用差示导数反向扫描示波极谱法直接测定尿中核黄素,无需加测定底液。试验了测定核黄素的另外两种底液。测定浓度范围在0.25—10.0μg/ml间呈线性关系。采用差示导数反向扫描,空白电流小,无需除氧,方法经济,简单快速,精密度优于±5%。回收率为94—101%。 (一)
A method is provided for direct determination of vitamin B_2 in urea. It is not necessary to add supporting electrolyte into the sample solution. A linear calibration graph is obtained for vitamin B_2 ranging from 0.25 to 10.0mg/L. The method is simple, rapid and need not to remove oxygen during determination. An avstage relative standard devration (n=6) is better than ±5% and the recovery is 94—101%.
