摘要
通过研究分析广东农村信息直通车工程的实施成效和国外农村信息化建设模式,探索"信息直通车工程"发展要素和管理机制,旨在为"信息直通车工程"在我省全面推进提供参考建议。
This paper attempts to explore the developmental elements and management mechanism of the Information Highway Project through analyzing the effect of execution of this project and the construction mode of overseas rural informationization, which aims to provide reference suggestion for comprehensively promoting the Information Highway Project in Guangdong province.
