德州驴线粒体DNA D-loop多态性分析 被引量：3

摘要 对2个品系德州驴(三粉驴和乌头驴)的线粒体DNA D-loop区进行PCR扩增并测序,以欧洲驴作对照,结果在获得的399 bp D-loop碱基序列中,共检测出核苷酸多态位点24个,多态位点比例为6.02%,德州驴的D-loop区核苷酸变异只有转换形式,5个德州驴的核苷酸变异频率在1.00%～4.51%之间,乌头驴和三粉驴可能来自不同母系起源。
