摘要
本文研制了以丁基罗丹明B-AuCl_4^-为电活性物质的碳棒涂膜式PVC膜金离子选择电极。电极对AuCl_4^-离子在1×10^(-3)-7.1×10^(-7)mol/L范围内呈能斯特响应,检测限为5.0×10^(-7)mol/L,级差为58mV(20℃)。电极内阻为0.1MΩ,响应时间小于30秒。电极稳定性、重现性良好。该电极结构简单,制作、储存方便,价格低廉,已成功用于矿样中金的测定。
A new Au(Ⅲ) ion-selective electrode prepared by coating a graphite rod with PVC membrane containing butyl rhodamine B-AuCl_4^- is described. This electrode exhibited a Nernstian response to the Au (Ⅲ) ions within the range of 1×10^(-3) to 7.1×10^(-7)mol/L with a slope of 58 mV at 0.5mol/L H^+. The detection limit was 5.0×10^(-7)mol/L. The membrane resistance is 0.1MΩ and response time is less than 30 sec (10^(-3)mol/L). The electrode shows high sensitive selectivity and stability. The simplicity of the electrode structure, the convenience to make and preserve, the low-cost of the electrode are superior to other PVC membrane electrodes. The electrode has been used successfully for the determination of Au (Ⅲ) in rocks and minerals.
