VDA-08表面活性剂盐酸体系变粘特性研究 被引量:3

STUDY ON PROPERTY OF VISCOSITY CHANGE OF VDA-08 SURFACTANT IN HYDROCHLORIC ACID SYSTEM

摘要 对用VDA-08两性表面活性配制的鲜酸和残酸进行了评价,实验发现VDA-08酸与碳酸盐反应过程中,酸液有两次变粘现象,当残酸PH值大于2.5后,残酸在120℃高温下粘度达到100mPa.s以上,残酸粘度与表面活性剂的浓度、剪切速率、温度等有关。VDA-08酸具缓速性能好、低摩阻、低滤失等特点,10%VDA-08酸可以满足高温深井酸化、酸压的需求。 Fresh acid and reacted acid prepared with VDA-08 ampho-surfactant have been evaluated and it is found that there are twice viscosity changes in acid fluid when VDA-08 reacted with carbonate.As PH value of reacted acid is over 2.5,its viscosity was up to 100 mPa.s under 120℃.The viscosity of surfactant related to the concentration,shear rate and temperature of surfactant.VDA-08 acid has characteristics such as good retarding performance,low friction and low filtrate loss and 10% VDA-08 can match the requirement acidification and acid fracturing of high temperature and deep well
