摘要
观察了丹紫康膝冲剂对兔膝ＯＡ模型的抗退变作用。将２８只家兔随机分成Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄ４组，前３组用管型石膏制动兔左后膝于伸直位，６周后制成膝ＯＡ模型，Ａ、Ｂ组分别喂服丹紫康膝冲剂、壮骨关节丸，Ｃ组为空白对照，Ｄ组为正常平行对照，治疗６０天后，处死各组动物，取兔后双膝关节组织切片，定性定量观察药物对制动引起膝退变模型的治疗作用。结果，Ａ组兔左后膝关节软骨表层中可见到明显软骨细胞分裂增生，而在Ｂ、Ｃ组中则很少见到。揭示丹紫康膝冲剂对制动所致关节软骨退变具有一定的促其修复作用。
rabbits were randomly divided into A(DZKQCJ group),B(ZGGJW group),C(no drugs taken group) and D(normal control group) groups. The A,B,C groups were made the left hind legs by plaster casts and became the OA of knee model six weeks later. And then, A and B groups were separately treated with DZKQCJ or ZGGJW. The cartilage biopsies of the rabbits knees were made to observe the anti-degenerative function of these drugs to the knee OA. The results showed that the proliferation of the cartilage cells of the knee joints was very obvious in group A, but it was seldom found in group B and C. This result suggests that DZKQCJ has the effection to promote segmentaion and proliferation of the cartilage cells.
