Pilon骨折的诊治体会 被引量：3

摘要 目的总结Pilon骨折诊断与治疗的经验。方法自2003年1月至2007年3月间采用保守治疗和手术内固定治疗Pilon骨折72例。结果经6个月～2年的术后随访，按Boume标准评定骨折疗效，优40例，良26例，差6例，优良率达91．7％。结论Pilon骨折Ⅰ型、移位小于2mm的Ⅱ型骨折应采用保守治疗；移位大于2mm的Ⅱ型骨折和Ⅲ型骨折应结合软组织损伤程度，选择合适内固定，达到骨折固定稳定可靠，以利于早期关节活动，促进骨折愈合。
