摘要
为了解茜草种子的特性,探讨温度、光照等条件对茜草种子萌发的影响,观测了茜草种子的形态、千粒质量、水分含量、吸水率,测定了茜草种子在不同温度条件(15,20,25℃)下,黑暗和光照条件下的发芽率、发芽势.结果表明,室温下茜草种子吸水率在36h达到饱和,为161%;茜草种子在20℃条件下萌发率最高为69%;光照和黑暗条件下茜草种子发芽率和发芽势无显著差异,但在黑暗条件下可以缩短茜草种子的发芽时间.
The trial was conducted to learn the characteristics of Rubia cordifolia L. seed and the influences of temperature and illumination on its germination. The morphological characters, 1 000-grains weight, seed moisture content and water-absorption percentage of seed were observed, germination percentage and germination potentiality of seed were tested under different temperature (15,20, 25 ℃), light treatments (light and dark). The results showed that the water-absorption of R. cordifolia seed reached the maximal 161% within 36 h. The maximum germination percentage 69 % was reached under 20℃ Illumination showed no remarkable effect on germination percentage and germination potentiality but he germination time decreased in dark.
