摘要从危机、情报及危机管理中的情报等概念及逻辑入手,在分析"9.11"所暴露出的美国情报体系的问题以及美国国家情报体系危机重构主要内容之后,提出应重视弱情报源情况下的强分析,强调在微观和宏观层面的情报的分析、交流和整合。
