摘要
以提取植物有效成分为目的,探讨了从甘草中提取甘草酸的最佳工艺。以甘草为原料,用乙醇作萃取剂,在微波作用下提取甘草酸,采用正交实验进行优化,用紫外—可见分光光度法分析检测甘草酸的含量。由正交实验得出微波提取甘草酸的最佳工艺为:辐照时间120s,微波功率450W,料液比1∶15,甘草酸提取率可达9.03%。与传统工艺相比,具有省时、省能源等特点。
The purpose of this study was to develop an efficient process for extracting natural products from plant. The extraction of glycyrrhizic acid using ethanol from liquorice by microwave were studied in this paper, glycyrrhizic acid was analyzed by spectrophotomer. Through orthogonal test we carried out the optimum technology: extracting time 120 s, microwave power 450 W, the ratio 1 : 15. Compared with traditional technology, it can saved time and energy.
