摘要
含氯有机化合物在化学工业、医药工业和农业中应用较广泛,因此可以通过多种途径进入环境。在环境水系中的这些有机污染物,虽然有的存在量极微,但已足以危及人类健康和生态环境。美国环保局清洁水法案中规定的114种优先分析的有机污染物中含氯有机物占55%左右。由于这些物质的来源广而杂,存在形式多样又易于变迁,因此对这些物质的存在品种和数量的监测是当前环境科学中的一个重要研究课题。从分析化学的观点来看,环境中有机污染物的分析实际上是一项复杂系统的痕量分析。
A systematic approach for the determination of non-volatile organic chloropollutants, including chlorobenzenes, chlorophenols, polychlorinated biphenyls as well as chloropesticides was reported. The adsorption capacities of some hydrophobic sorbents, Amberlite XAD-2, SS-401 and HDG-C_(18)H_(37) were studied. The results showed that under suitable pH condition, all these sorbents gave good adsorption capacities towards these organic ehloropollutants. Diethyl ether was used as an eluting solvent and over 90% recovery of these organic chloropollutants was obtained. The determination can be carried out on a single capillary gas chromatographic column (FSOT OV 101). For very complex system, a column switching technique was employed for the determination of chlorobenzenes. This method was applied to the determination of the above mentioned compounds in city water and some natural water. The minimum detectable amount of these pollutants was 0.001—0.1ppb, when 1—10 liters of the water sample were taken.
