摘要
在烯烃聚合过程中,催化剂载体粒子的表观形态控制着聚合物产品粒子的表观形态。本文用显微摄影的方法对催化剂载体硅胶的表观形态及其受热活化影响进行了研究。研究发现:随着硅胶粒径的增大,载体硅胶粒子的表观球形规整度逐渐下降,90μm以上的大粒子和5μm以下的小粒子的增加均会使硅胶的整体表观形态变差,而且活化过程中存在硅胶大粒子的破碎、小粒子的聚结现象以及达到一定活化高温时由于破碎和聚结都急剧加速而使硅胶粒子表观形态恶化。
By using microphotograghy to study the superficial morphology of the silica supports of polyolefin catalysts and the effects of thermo activation process, it was found that: as the diameter of the supports increases, the spherical coefficient s of the supports will decrease gradually. Particles whose diameters are more than 90 μm or less than 5 μm will cause the morphology of the supports becoming worse. Moreover, the phenomenon of particle fracture and agglomeration occurred in the thermo activation process was also verified, and for T-1 silica gel when the temperature gets up to 900 ℃, the superficial morphology of the supports will become worse.
