摘要
本文基于作物种子中的水分能够猝灭种子本身的室温燐光强度,研究了干燥温度及干燥时间对燐光强度的影响。五种作物种子的实验结果表明,种子中的水分含量在一定范围内与RTP强度呈线性关系,其相关系数接近于-1。
Relativity between the content of moisture in crop seeds and its intensity of room temperature phosphorescence (RTP) has been studied. Experiment results showed that the content of moisture ranging 8.0—12％ for wheat, 7.0—10％ for white corn, 7.5—10.8％ fox yellow corn, 6.0—8.5％ for soybean, 6.5—8.0％ for black soybean has a linear negative relation with RTP intensity itself, Dry temperture and dry time of sample have also been discussed.
