摘要
在七(2,6-二-0-正戊基-3-0-三氟乙酰基)-β-环糊精(DP-TFA-β-CD)手性固定相上 分离除虫农药菊酸乙酯,顺式菊酸乙酯可达到基线分离,反式可达到半高峰宽以下分离,证明 为一种较好的固定相,并从热力学角度探讨了其分离机理。
Ethyl chrysanthemate was separated on heptakis (2, 6-di-O-Pentyl-3-O-tri- fluroacetyl)-β-cyclodextrin (DP-TFA-β-CD ). The cis-isomer can be baseline-separated, while the trans isomer is only half-peak-height-separated. It demonstrates that DP-TFA-β- CD is a good chiral stationary phase. Meanwhile the separation mechanism was discussed from the view point of thermodynamics.
