摘要
研究了活性炭负载磺化酞菁钴催化氧化对甲酚合成对羟基苯甲醛(PHB)的诸多影响因素,筛选到较好的反应条件:反应时间,12小时;温度,60℃;NaOH/对甲酚(mol比)为3.5∶1;催化剂,150ppm;对甲酚的转化率,97%;PHB收率,82.5%;选择性,85.1%。
The liquid phase oxidation of p cresol to p hydroxy benzaldahyde(PHB) under alkaline condition using Cobalt sulfphthalocyanine supported on activated charcoal was investigated.It showed that under suitable conditions(period of reaction:12h,catalyst:CoTSPc/C 150ppm,temperature:60℃,O 2 pressure:0.1MPa,mole ratio of sodium hydroxide to p cresol:3.5∶1)PHB can be obtained with yield 82.5%,selectivity 85.1% and the overall conversion of p cresol was 97%.
