固溶温度对00Cr25Ni35AlTi合金冷轧板组织及力学性能和耐蚀性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究了00Cr25Ni35AlTi合金冷轧板900~1150℃固溶处理后的组织以及室温和350℃时的力学性能。并用电化学动电位再活化法测定了该合金的晶间腐蚀敏感性。结果表明,随着固溶温度的升高,该合金的晶粒尺寸逐渐增大,强度降低,塑性提高,晶间腐蚀敏感性也增加。在1 000℃固溶时,合金可获得均匀细小的奥氏体晶粒,晶粒度≥9级,且具有良好的力学和耐晶间腐蚀性能。 The structure, mechanical properties at ambient temperature and 350 ℃, and sensitivity of intergranular attack measured by electrochemical potentiokinetic reactivation of cold rolled sheet of alloy 00Cr25Ni35AlTi solid solution treaded at 900 - 1 150 ℃ have been studied. Results showed that with increasing solid solution treatment temperature, the grain size of alloy gradually increased, the strength decreased, the elongation increased and the sensitivity of intergranular attack also increased. With solid solution treated at 1 000 ℃, the alloy could get homogeneous fine grain with grain rating ≥9, and had excellent mechanical properties and intergranular attack resistance.
