摘要
以3-乙基-3-羟甲基环氧丁烷为单体,BF_3·O(C_2H_5)_2为引发剂,二氯甲烷为溶剂,在-50~30℃的不同温度下通过阳离子自缩合开环聚合,合成超支化聚3-乙基-3-羟甲基环氧丁烷,产物相对分子质量在5 000左右。^(13)C NMR测定结果表明,聚3-乙基-3-羟甲基环氧丁烷的支化度随聚合温度的升高而增大,聚合温度在20℃以上时聚合物支化度随反应温度的变化趋势变小,趋向不变。
Poly[3-ethyl-3-(hydroxymethyl)oxetane] (PEHO) is synthesized by self-condensing ring-opening polymerization under different reaction temperatures from -50 to 30℃ using 3-ethyl-3-(hydroxymethyl)oxetane as monomer, BF3 · O (C2 H5 )2 as initiator and CH2Cl2 as solvent. The molecular weights of PEHO characterized by SEC are all around 5 000. It is observed that the degree of branching (DB) determined by quantitative ^13C NMR increases with increasing of polymerization temperature, and only a little change in DB is observed when the reaction temoerature is higher than 20 ℃
