摘要
目的:构建太子参道地药材的指纹图谱,为苏产太子参GAP实施和发展道地药材生产提供科学依据。方法:用HPLC、HPCE、GC-MS、LC-MS及ICP技术对道地和其它产区太子参进行分析,测定其指纹图谱。结果:初步建立了太了参道地药材的HPLC、HPCE、GC-MS、LC-MS及无机元素指纹谱。结论:方法准确可靠,重视性好,可作为太子参内在质量评价的依据。
Objective ：To Consruct the fingerprints of geoherbs of Radix PseudosteUariae, and provide the scientific basis for Radix Pseudostellariae GAP fulfilling and devdopment production of geo - authentic crude drug. Methods ：Radix PseudosteUariae from geo - authentic habitatis and other habitats were analyzed and the fingerprints were determined by HPLC ,HPCE ,GC - MS ,LC - MS and ICP. The data were analysed by Fuzzy Cluster and Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation Softwae to Compare the the similarity of samples. Results ：HPLC, HPCE, GC -MS, LC -MS and inorganic clements＇fingerprints of geoherbs of Radix PseudosteUarize were established preliminarily. Conclusion ：The method is reliable, accurate and can be used for quality control of Radix PseudosteUarize.
