摘要 目的:建立软结散的制备与质量控制方法。方法:采用过筛混合法和等量递增混合法制备,采用显微鉴别检测处方中的桃仁、红花,采用薄层色谱鉴别处方中的木香。结果:制备工艺简便可行,制剂性质稳定,定性鉴别方法灵敏,显微图谱和薄层斑点清晰,专属性强。结论:该方法适用于软结散的制备和质量控制。 Objective:To set up the preparation and the quality control method for Ruanjie Powder. Methods:Preparation Ruanjie Powder by sifting out mixed and equivalent incveasing. Examining Taoren, Honghua by microscope application. Examining Muxiang by TLC. Results:The preparation pross was simple and convenient. The preparation quality was stable. Identification method was sensitive. Microscope map and TLC spots were clear. It was specificity. Conclusion:This method is suitable for the preparation and the quality control of Ruanjie Powder.
