摘要
目的:建立软结散的制备与质量控制方法。方法:采用过筛混合法和等量递增混合法制备,采用显微鉴别检测处方中的桃仁、红花,采用薄层色谱鉴别处方中的木香。结果:制备工艺简便可行,制剂性质稳定,定性鉴别方法灵敏,显微图谱和薄层斑点清晰,专属性强。结论:该方法适用于软结散的制备和质量控制。
Objective：To set up the preparation and the quality control method for Ruanjie Powder. Methods：Preparation Ruanjie Powder by sifting out mixed and equivalent incveasing. Examining Taoren, Honghua by microscope application. Examining Muxiang by TLC. Results：The preparation pross was simple and convenient. The preparation quality was stable. Identification method was sensitive. Microscope map and TLC spots were clear. It was specificity. Conclusion：This method is suitable for the preparation and the quality control of Ruanjie Powder.
