摘要
目的:探讨益肾降氮汤防治慢性肾功能衰竭及尿毒症脑病的作用。方法:用腺嘌呤制作CRF大鼠模型,实验组给服益肾降氮汤,对照组以自来水作对照因素,观察实验前后大鼠的BUN、SCr、UUN、UCr、UPr变化及大鼠脑组织光镜下的病理改变。结果:该汤剂能有效延缓实验大鼠肾功能衰竭的进展、提高肌酐清除率、降低血清BUN、SCr浓度,其降低SCr的作用优于降低BUN的作用;同时对脑组织具有明显的保护作用,实验组脑组织、脑细胞、海马回的损伤程度明显小于对照组。结论:益肾降氮汤能有效延缓实验大鼠肾功能衰竭的进展并对实验大鼠的脑组织具有明显的保护作用,提示在CRF患者的治疗中活血管药物的使用对延缓慢性肾功能衰竭的进展及UE、ET的发生可能具有非常积极的作用。
Objective：To discuss the Yishen Jiangdan decoction＇s effect on prevention and treatment of chronic renal failure and Uremic encephathy.Method：Using purine to make the CRF rat model, giving Yinshen Jiangdan decoction to experimental group, and giving water to control group. Observing index changes of BUN, SCr, UUN, UCr, UPr before and after treatment of rats in all groups and the pathologic changes of rats＇brain tissues under light microscope. Results： This decoc- tion could slow down the progress of experimental rats＇ renal failure, improve the creatinine clearance rate, decrease the blood serum BUN,SCr consistency. Its effect on decreasing SCr was much better than that of BUN. At same time it had an obviously protective effect on brain tissues. Experimental group＇s brain tissues, brain cells, gyrus hippocampi had less damaged than that of control group.Conclusion：Yinshen Jiangdan decoction has obviously protective effect on CRT rats＇ brain tissues. Prompt that use vasoactive drugs in the treatment of CRF patients can have an active effect on slow down UE, ET＇s happen.
