摘要
通过对导柱齿盘式同轴变速装置传动原理与传动件齿形结构的分析,针对导柱和齿盘传动过程中发生的啮合不好、脉动、卡滞等现象,利用仿真手段及相关理论,进行了结构方面的改进,使得导柱齿盘式同轴变速装置得到了优化。
Guided by the original tooth-disc drive principle coaxial transmission devices and transmission of the tooth structure of the analysis, for guided tooth-and-transmission process of engagement, pulse, use of simulation tools, the disc with the lead-tooth shaft speed device was optimized.
