摘要
提出了应用OPC通信方式,在铝箔中轧机监控系统中,实现现场控制站与操作员站之间数据传输的方法.运用OPC服务器软件RSServer采集中轧机控制系统中的设备状态和重要参数,将操作员站计算机上监控软件RSView32作为OPC客户端,从而完成对整个系统的监控和管理.
In this paper, the application of OPC communications in the supervisory system of aluminum foil intermediate mill is proposed to achieve data transform between the field control station and operator station. OPC server software RSServer is used to collect the state and key parameters of mill equipment of control system, the RSView32 software on the computer in the operator station is used as the OPC client, thus completing the supervisory and management of entire system.
