摘要
用NH4Cl和H2SO4为浸取剂,络合浸取废甲醇催化剂中的ZnO和CuO,以制备活性ZnO和CuSO45H2O。浸取ZnO的适宜条件为:温度85~100℃,NH4Cl投加量为理论量的1.9~2.1倍,浸取时间为20min。浸取CuO的适宜条件为:H2SO4浓度为2~3mol/L,分两次加入,其加入量以恰好与CuO反应完全为宜。
ZnO and CuO are recovered from spent methanol catalyst by a complex leaching process with NH 4Cl and H 2SO 4 as leaching agents to prepare activated ZnO and CuSO 4·5H 2O.The leaching conditions for ZnO are as follows:85~100℃,the dose of NH 4Cl being 1.9~2.1 times as much as its theoretical dose,20min of leaching time;and those for CuO:the dose of H 2SO 4 with concentration of 2~3mol/L,added trice,is just sufficient to completely react with CuO.
