摘要
以从造纸黑液中提取的木质素为原料,合成木素季胺盐絮凝剂。通过正交实验,研究了反应物料比、活化时间、催化剂浓度、反应时间等因素对合成的影响,优化出絮凝剂合成工艺条件。用高浓度、高色度的J酸染料废水对木素季胺盐的絮凝脱色性能进行了研究,并通过红外光谱分析,对木素季胺盐的絮凝作用机理进行了初步探索。
Using lignin exstracted from papermaking black liquor as a raw material,the synthesis of a quaternary ammonium salt of lignin has been carried out.During the experiment,the effects of some factors such as the ratio of reactants,activation time,catalyst content and reaction time on the synthesis were studied,determining the optimum process conditions.The flocculation performance of the salt applied to the wastewater with high concentration and high colority from J acid dye production has been studied,and its flocculation mechanism preliminarily explored through infrared spectrum analysis.
