摘要
环境问题的国际化和普遍联系性特点决定了国际环境问题渗透于各种已有的国际关系,即环境外交关系、环境贸易关系、地区环境关系、国际环境立法与履约关系、国际环境投资关系等多方位的国际环境关系;主权和经济发展利益又使这些环境关系复杂化和高层次化。中国作为发展中的大国,必须对这些重大问题尽快进行对策研究。
Internationalization and universally connecting,the features of environmental problems at present,inevitably make the internationally environmental problems being incorporated into current interna- tional relationships to form many new internationally environmental relationships,such as environmental and diplomatic,environment and trade,regionally environmental relationship,internationally environmental pro- tection legislation and keep conventions,and international investment on environmental protection.,which are,however,complicated by national sovereignty and the right of economic development.China,as a big developing country,has to make efforts to conduct some research on these problems,so as to respond in proper manner.
