摘要
以汽车右立柱盖板为例,讨论了塑件的结构及工艺性;并通过CAE技术分析了浇口的优化位置、填充状态、缩痕情况、气泡及熔接痕位置等;得到了优化的浇注系统和模具结构,可为类似产品的注射模设计提供参考。
Taking car right column as an example, the structure and technical properties of plastic part were discussed, and the gate location, filling state, shrink mark condition, air bubble and fusion line were analyzed by means of CAE technology. Application research of CAE technology in the optimum design of injection mould with complex surface was discussed and analyzed resulted in optimized runner system and mould structure, which could provide reference for the designs of similar injection mould parts.
