冠状动脉支架置入术后多形核白细胞活化的相关分子的表达 被引量:3

Polymorphonuclear neutrophil markers of activation after percutaneous coronary stenting in patients with unstable angina

摘要 目的:探讨冠状动脉支架置入术后多形核白细胞(PMN)活化的相关分子的表达。方法:选择18例不稳定型心绞痛患者,在冠状动脉支架置入前(T0)和置入后30min、3h、6h、12h、24h(分别为T1~T5)用ELISA法测定血白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、L-选择素(L-selectin)、超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)浓度。结果:支架组T1~T5各时段的PMN相关分子IL-8、MPO、Lselectin、hs-CRP表达增加,它们分别在支架置入后3h、30min、12h、24h达高峰,同T0比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:冠状动脉支架置入术后IL-8、MPO、L-selectin、hsCRP表达增加,触发PMN的聚集和局部的炎症反应。 Objective:The aim of the study was to determine the presense of Polymorphyonuclear neutrophils (PMN)activation after coronary stenting in patients with unstable angina. Method.. Plasma levels of IL-8, myeloperoxidase(MPO), high-sensitivity C reactive protein(hs CRP) and L-selectin were assayed in 18 patients undergoing percutaneous coronary stenting (group A)and compared with 7 patients undergoing coronay angiography only(group B). Serial sampling starting before stenting and continued for 24 h was carried out in all patients. Result: A significant elevation in IL-8 , MPO, L-selectin, hs-CRP were observed after stenting in 3 h, 30 min, 12 h, 24 h(P〈0.01). Conclusion:Coronary stenting is associated with an immediate polymorphonuclear neutrophils activation followed by release of inflammtory cytokine.
